little altars everywhere

I've been thinking about altars.

In the eternal hidden vs public debate, I think I've finally settled on a thought. Today on the bus I was thinking of the pieces I haven't seen in a year since they've been in storage, and about my old altar and how much I just liked looking at it and how it inspired me to remember why I had one in the first place.

So really, if I like having a visible one, and having a visible one inspires spiritual practice, the natural solution would seem to be to have one.
